The 'Lucky' 13th Annual Charity Golf Classic raised nearly $16,000 that helped to finish the conversion of underused tennis courts at the Joy Park Community Center in Akron, Ohio into 2 new futsal court play spaces for the children of East Akron. In July 2019 the park will host a Grand Opening Futsal Festival for teams, players and coaches with the World Champion coach Diego Giustozzi from Argentina!
A special thank you goes out to the Akron Rotary Club who withe a matching district grant provided $7,000 worth of support to this project.
