With the generous contributions from supporters of the HandsOnSports Foundation and the American futsal community I was afforded the opportunity of a lifetime, to pursue a dream and coach the U18 Women's National Futsal Team of Trinidad and Tobago. Head coach and futsal friend Cony Konstin invited me to join him on the journey. We were supported by the parents, the local universities and the president of the Futsal Association of T&T, Mr. Geoffrey Edwards and his wonderful wife Lindi who put us up in their home for the month while we trained the girls. The experience was phenomenal as we set up shop at multiple high schools during lunch each week and facilitated 'King of the Court' futsal play for the school children. The competition was fierce and to be in the middle of this passionate futballing country, listen to their music, eat their food and share the game of futsal with them was truly a dream come true. I look forward to returning to see my friends and work with all of them again soon. I miss you girls...... BUS-UP-SHOT!
